We had an excellent room on the back of the hotel. It was very clean and warm, and had amazing views across the countryside. The hotel is situated towards the top of Malvern, next to the Priory - it really is a beautiful location. Access to the town was excellent too. The staff were all very smart, pleasant and attentive.

Breakfast was excellent - really nice choices and very well prepared. The room was very clean and comfortable and I liked the large image of the nearby Malvern Hills on one wall. Dinner was also of an excellent standard - tasty and well presented. As with breakfast there was a nice range of options - not too many and not too few.
